We were over the moon when we went to TLC to meet them and to have a look at their kennels. We could not believe how clean it is, there is no smell, it is cool, airy and open-plan. In conversation with the staff it is clear they have years of experience with dogs, but, best of all, they do not treat the dogs that stay with them as a ‘number’. TLC understand and acknowledge just how different each dog is and they work around the dog’s own individual needs, wants and temperament to ensure they are happy and comfortable whilst in their care.

Our two Japanese Spitz have been in the care of TLC Boarding Kennels Moonee Beach for three months, during renovations of our home in Sydney. We required a secure loation to ensure we had peace of mind during this process and subsequent relocation to the Coffs Harbour area. We could not have been happier with the service and personal care provided to our beloved dogs and having peach of mind knowing they were being looked after helped us during this time.
We have left our much loved Border Collie (Buda Dji) at TLC on quite a few occasions. Buda Dji has been very well cared for, contented and healthy when we pick him up. TLC show dedication and commitment to the welfare and health of all the animals in their care. We often think Buda Dji has enjoyed his break at TLC as much as we have done on our own holidays. We would be happy to recommend TLC to anyone who is looking for a place to leave their much loved pets.
Many thanks for looking after our very ‘precious girl’ Beans. When we collected her she was happy and contented. We were quite anxious about leaving her for a month but we knew she was in the best hands. We don’t think she missed us too much at all. We hope ‘Beansie’ wasn’t too badly behaved and that you might agree to look after her in the future. Something to look forward to!!! Thank you both once again.
TLC cared for our pet dog, Harvey, for 10 days and I was delighted with the excellent care and attention he received. When I collected Harvey he was very happy and contented. He obviously had a great time at TLC. I cannot think of a better place for him to go. The complex is scrupulously clean, airy and open. I will definitely book Harvey in again the next time we go away.
We have used TLC many times. Our 2 spoilt dogs love the staff. We now have the confidence to go on extended holidays knowing our dogs will be well cared for. They go the extra mile.
TLC are amazing. Banjo, my white Boxer, is completely deaf. Having a special needs dog it is essential that when he is being taken care of that he is understood, is safe, secure and his extra needs are met. Boarding can be very overwhelming for a deaf dog but TLC always show love and care for Banjo and put him at ease. They ensure they are up-to-date on all the sign/hand signals that we use instead of voice commands and Banjo feels right at home there. Facilities are second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending TLC as excellent care providers who will love your pet just as much as you do. I am so happy with their care that my whole family now boards our dogs with TLC.
I’ve never seen our dog looking so healthy and happy as when we collected him after a 5 week stay at TLC. You treated him like your own and I could see he was reluctant to leave! I would recommend TLC without hesitation. Thank you so much.
Our dog Jessie was very happy when we picked her up. She did not really want to come home. She was quite content to stay with TLC at their kennels. I cannot thank them enough for the way they looked after Jessie for me. I have no hesitation in rebooking Jessie and have recommended TLC to all my friends and relations.

TLC is a wonderful place for our very energetic Airedale Terrier, Toby. As soon as we drive into their driveway he knows he is going to have an exciting time staying there. The property and kennels are spacious, very clean and well maintained and we know as a family that he is in very good hands whilst we are on holidays.
