Peanut Butter Berry Pupsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries)
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2–3 tablespoons xylitol-free peanut butter

Method

  1. Blend the berries with water until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays, filling each about three-quarters full.
  3. Add a dollop of peanut butter to each mould.

Banana and Coconut Pup Pops

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 tablespoons xylitol-free peanut butter
