We were over the moon when we went to TLC to meet them and to have a look at their kennels. We could not believe how clean it is, there is no smell, it is cool, airy and open-plan. In conversation with the staff it is clear they have years of experience with dogs, but, best of all, they do not treat the dogs that stay with them as a ‘number’. TLC understand and acknowledge just how different each dog is and they work around the dog’s own individual needs, wants and temperament to ensure they are happy and comfortable whilst in their care.
