TLC are amazing. Banjo, my white Boxer, is completely deaf. Having a special needs dog it is essential that when he is being taken care of that he is understood, is safe, secure and his extra needs are met. Boarding can be very overwhelming for a deaf dog but TLC always show love and care for Banjo and put him at ease. They ensure they are up-to-date on all the sign/hand signals that we use instead of voice commands and Banjo feels right at home there. Facilities are second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending TLC as excellent care providers who will love your pet just as much as you do. I am so happy with their care that my whole family now boards our dogs with TLC.
